I am attaching a picture of the staff and volunteers of Down House toasting Charles Darwin’s birthday in front of veranda were the great man himself would sit and admire his garden. This was taken last week after one of our regular volunteer coffee mornings and we were very lucky to have the sun come out for the occasion. We would be delighted to be included on your live stream on the 12th as you raise a glass (we’ll be doing it again then too!).
