YOUR FLI

The Future Leadership Institute was designed as a grassroots movement bringing together students and professionals exploring leadership themes at universities and business schools worldwide.

How does it work?

There is one central FLI, based in The Netherlands. At numerous universities, business schools and certain towns there are local FLI’s, run by students, who elect themselves into the next year.

What does a local FLI do?

  1. A local FLI organizes at least once a year a local seminar bringing students and professionals together. The local FLI receives help and support from the central FLI, based in The Netherlands.
  2. It’s all about content, learning and networking. The content of the seminar(s) is disseminated to all FLI-members worldwide via the central FLI.
  3. All the members of the local FLI’s are invited once a year to come to a centrally organised seminar or conference in Belgium or The Netherlands. At this seminar you will meet students and professionals from all over the world.

How can you participate?

First check if there is already a FLI at your university, business school or local town.

If there is already a local FLI please join the local FLI by sending a CV and motivation letter to info@fli.institute

If there is not a local FLI, send us a letter expressing your motivation why you would be the person to start a local FLI (info@fli.institute) with help of the central FLI.

How to become member of a local FLI?

Send a motivated letter to info@fli.institute explaining why you would like to join a local FLI. When accepted you will be brought into contact with the people running the local FLI. Please send your application and motivational letter in English.

Corona

Because of COVID the structure of local FLI’s almost stopped to exist. With your help we are building back the local FLI’s. Thousands of students enjoyed FLI seminars and conferences since 2007. Join us to interact with students and professionals worldwide.
