Each year Freie Universität Berlin participates in this open house event with an extensive program of events hosted by numerous departments, institutes, research groups, and other institutions in Dahlem, Düppel, Lankwitz, and Steglitz.

Through vivid lectures, guided tours, interactive experiments, readings, panel discussions, workshops, and more, visitors are able to gain impressions of new research results from basic and applied research and interdisciplinary collaboration. Researchers from all the departments and institutes at Freie Universität are on hand to explain their innovative research.
