One of The Future Leadership Institute’s* most iconic seminars is related to the yearly Oxford Cambridge Boat Race. The “Business of Rowing” Seminar at the Oxford Cambridge Boat Race involves a selected group of people coming together the day of the Boat Race in a venue alongside the Thames. A few hours before the actual race speakers from the world of rowing and business will explore the transfer of knowledge and learning from rowing to business. After the seminar the audience can watch the start of the Boat Race live. The atmosphere during Boat Race day is unique.
(*Between 2007 and 2011 the Institute carried temporarily the name ‘The Wall Street Journal Future Leadership Institute”)
